KCS is embarking on an exciting journey to develop our next Strategic Plan.
We are using a custom approach to put stakeholder voices at the center of decision-making to honor the wisdom and experience of our entire community. A Core Planning Team, with the broad perspective of many stakeholders, will lead the work. Several opportunities will be available for all members of the KCS community to provide input and feedback.

We're looking for dedicated stakeholders to join our Strategic Planning Core Team - and we hope that's YOU!
We're bringing together board members, administrators, teachers, parents, students, and community partners to collaborate on this exciting journey to create the vision for the KCS future.
CPT Members will:
- Attend 3 planning sessions
- March 17 (4-8 p.m.)
- April 7 (5-9 p.m.)
- April 28 (4-8 p.m.)
- Review materials about KCS's past, present, and future
- Share feedback with and gather input from your community
- Engage in candid, constructive dialogue about our school's direction
- Present the DRAFT Plan to the School Board on June 25
