Reporting an Absence

Please notify us if your student will be absent by calling the main office at 763-428-1890 or emailing [email protected]. Please provide the following information:

• Student’s name
• Student’s grade
• Date(s) of absence
• Reason for the absence
• Your name

Late Arrivals

Students who arrive late for any reason other than a late bus must be checked into the office by a parent before they go to class.

Excusing Your Student for an Appointment

Please notify us in advance if your child will be leaving for an excused absence during the day, such as a doctor or dentist appointment. You may notify us by calling the main office at 763-428-1890, emailing [email protected] or by having your student bring a signed note to the office before the start of the school day. When your student returns to school after an appointment, they must sign in at the office to obtain a pass before returning to class.
