We're looking for dedicated community members to join our Strategic Planning Core Team - and we hope that's YOU!
KCS is developing our next Strategic Plan, and we need diverse voices from across our community to help create a vision for our school's future. We're bringing together board members, administrators, teachers, parents, students, and community partners to collaborate on this exciting journey.
What's Involved:
- Attend 3 planning sessions (March 17, April 7, April 28)
- Review materials about KCS's past, present, and future
- Share feedback with and gather input from your community
- Engage in candid, constructive dialogue about our school's direction
Meeting Details:
📅 Meeting #1: March 17, 4:00-8:00 p.m.
📅 Meeting #2: April 7, 5:00-9:00 p.m.
📅 Meeting #3: April 28, 4:00-8:00 p.m.
📍 All meetings at KCS (dinner provided!). Please plan to attend all three meetings to participate.
🎯 Board Presentation: June 25, 5:30 p.m.
