Art Club

Art Club is an after school art exploration opportunity for all students in grades 6-12.  Students will collectively decide media and projects.  Art Club is open to the first 24 students that apply.

If you are interested in participating here is what you need to know:

1.       We meet the following Tuesdays:

November 4, 11, 18

December 2, 9,16

January 6, 13, 27

February 3, 10, 24

March 3, 10, 24

2.       Your ride must be here on time.  We work from 2:35-3:30 pm.  Your ride must be ready to pick you up when we are done.  If your ride is late twice (10 minutes or more) you will no longer be able to participate in the art club.

3.       You pick all of your own projects.  What you want to do matters.  Voice your opinion.

4.       This is work time, not just fun time.  Be ready to work and work hard.

 How to register and pay for activities at KCS:

1.       Sign into your parent portal.

2.       On the right of the screen click on “My Accounts” 

3.       Then click on “Optional Payments”

4.       Click on “Add to Cart” for what activity you are registering for (Art Club 6-12)

a.       If you have more than one student, make sure you have the correct student selected in the top right corner.

5.       Go to “My Cart” and follow prompts to register/pay. Fee is $50. 

6. After paying online, please sign and return this form to Ms. Skon

____________________ (student’s name) may participate in Art Club.  I understand that I need to be able to pick my child up on time.  If my child’s ride is late twice (10 minutes or more) I understand that he/she will no longer be able to participate.
