Special Education Advisory Council

  • At Kaleidoscope Charter School, we recognize parent involvement and collaboration as an important part of providing a quality education to our students. This is especially true for students with disabilities. The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is a group made up of parents and guardians of students receiving special services who want to provide input on special education issues. The purpose of SEAC is to advise and advocate, not to decide policy. SEAC will discuss current issues in special education and program development while working to promote communication among families, the school, and relevant community partners.

Join SEAC to learn about district policies and special education programming first hand. SEAC meets annually in accordance with the Kaleidoscope policy. If you would like more information about SEAC contact Jackie Holker at jholker@kcsmn.org or (763) 428-1890.
